6 Onelife Fitness – Kansas City
Onelife Fitness – Kansas City is a fitness center located at 1261 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64105, Central Business District, Greater Downtown, Power & Light District.
The staff in Onelife are credibly friendly and very helpful. The gym seems brand new – from the equipment to the floors to the bathrooms, it’s incredibly clean and has everything you could need. One of the clients says he doesn’t seem to find a lot of gyms that have turf to play around on, and this one does. He also can’t help but note that the sauna is incredible. He have never found one so hot outside of Finland. He said he doubt you can find a better gym in KC. So he is recommending Onelife to everyone. A lady further said she was so impressed by the friendliness and approachability of the staff and how can you say ‘no’ to the cinema room?.
One life has three really great squat racks and plenty of space in the same area for deadlifts and other power/Olympic lifts. One Life is still quite new, and looks it in spite of how busy it can get. There is a lot of great equipment, whether you prefer cardio, weight training, functional training…there is enough there for you to get in full and varied workouts. On the downside, the space, while attractive, feels a little cramped, especially in the afternoons when a lot of people are there.
So, you’ll always find what you need to do your workout, if you’re willing to rub the occasional elbow. Most mornings, and of course overnight, are the best times to hit this gym if you value privacy and space. The cost is very competitive as far as membership, and it includes all their classes, which are really great. You WILL work in these classes, and their instructors are friendly but motivating.
Adam S. believed that the Onelife fitness is the gym the people on the are have needed in KC for so long. He reported that the gym truly got everything; natural light, plenty of good machines, cleanliness, free weight, plenty of treadmills (including a few free form treadmills with fans on them), squat racks, on and on. According to Adam, the gym offers free class, which he has attended many of them. He also agrees that the price is right and the staff is extremely helpful.
