KCFitnessLink is one of the fitness centers in Kansas Missouri. It is located at 510 N 6th St, Kansas City, KS 66101. It was Established in 2005.

KCFintessLink began as a home-based business in 2005, working with several local gyms, corporations, fitness centers and retreat centers. It is own and operated by a man called Darryl Olive L.

KCFitnessLink provide services in three key areas: Consumer Yoga, Massage and Fitness: We offer beginner-friendly yoga classes, relaxing and therapeutic massage and personal fitness and nutrition plans. The owner Darryl has over ten years of experience in health and fitness. He has worked with a variety of clients including men, women, youth, seniors and athletes and clients with chronic conditions.

Prior to KCFitnessLink Darryl was the Assistant Program Manager for the University of Missouri-Columbia Department of Recreation Services’ Group Fitness Program and Personal Trainers for Healthy Lifestyles  Personal Training. Darryl is a continuing education specialist for other fitness professionals and does amateur, natural bodybuilding with NANBF  in his spare time. Other hobbies include fishing, reading and cooking.

KCFitnessLink train health professionals in yoga teacher training, yoga therapy, Asian massage, holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and meditation.Corporate Wellness: they also take chair massage, yoga and fitness classes to the workplace to reach employees for stress reduction and increased performance.

They accept credit card, allows parking on street, accept insurance, wheelchair is accessible, the gym center is good for kids, and they also work by appointment. Their working hours Mon 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Layne B. Reported that Darryl was a fantastic teacher who was able to cater to the new folks like myself while still challenging the experienced yoga students.  She explained that the yoga practice starts slowly and works to more difficult poses before coming down to a period of relaxation and centering to end class.  She enjoyed the class a great deal.  She also said it was a good work out and it was also calming.
