In addition to elevating fitness awareness, Onelife Fitness actively sponsors, promotes and plans local activities such as charitable walks and runs, bicycle races, blood drives, wellness seminars and so on.
Classes offered at onelife include: FIT360 – Functional Intense Training, Les Mills Classes (bodypump, bodyflow, etc.), Yoga & Pilates Classes, Zumba Classes, Aerobics Classes, Barre Classes, Strength and Weight Training Classes, Kickboxing Classes, Cycling Classes and Aquatics Classes. They offer both personal and group training sessions.
