The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center, which opened in 2002 is one of Orlando’s top fitness center. It is located at 4000 central Florida Blvd Orlando, FL 32816 East Orland, University of central Florida/UCF.
UCF Recreation and Wellness Center comprises many programs, such as Outdoor Adventure, Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventure,Sport Clubs, Aquatics and Fitness. The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center is a type of gym opened to all students while non-student has the paid membership offer.
The Wellness Center facilitates programs meant to boost students’ understanding of their health, make available discounted blood & STD testing, they’ve got staffs certified personal trainers who use the teacher methods to maintain good health. The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center recreation center includes a custom climbing wall with above twenty different routes, plus tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, disc golf course, enormous intramural sports playgrounds, pool, and outdoor lap pool.
