Life Time Fitness is one of the top fitness centres in Phoenix, Arizona. It is located at 350 1616 W Ruby Dr, Tempe, AZ 85284. It was founded in 1990 as FCA Ltd and later in 1992 became Lifetime Fitness. It was founded by Bahram Akradi.
Life Time Fitness is a large multi-level facility with locker rooms and common areas that are usually equipped with high-end materials, many using natural stone giving its members a high end experience. Life Time Fitness also provides its members with an in-club day-care option known as the Kids Academy. Children ranging from ages 3 months to 12 years are allowed to be in the Kids Academy for up to 2 hours at a time while their parent or guardian are in the club.
Lifetime fitness has many other facilities for its clients like the two studios for group fitness classes, a cycling studio, squash courts, basketball courts, a yoga and pilates studio and a whole floor with exercise equipment like treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, elliptical, and weight machines. Lifetime Fitness also has indoor and outdoor pools, a spa as well as a cafe.
