Shawna Spellman started her yoga career in 1997 and the passion she had for it drove her to get more experience and perfect her yoga teaching skills. Over the years, after gathering experience by teaching yoga in various fitness studio, she started with the traditional Bikram Yoga Studio where she taught Yoga exclusively. Within a few years, her business grew, and it gave birth to the Heat Yoga & Wellness Centre grew and expanded to a variety of fun, exciting and challenging classes, welcoming all and sundry to the centre. Located in a beautiful Loft studio, the Heat Yoga and Wellness centre offers daily lunchtime, early morning, and after work classes.
Being a state-of-the-art hot yoga studio with a new concept, the heat Yoga and Wellness Centre offers a professional, yet lighthearted approach to yoga. Thus members can, with fun get to practice yoga as well as access all the challenging, yet interesting programs offered by the centre. Members can get access to heat that occupies the upstairs of the old Vogue theater in St. Matthews—part of the second floor wellness center where people can get chiropractic adjustments, deep tissue massages, and of course, a session of hot yoga.
Members are guaranteed of the presence of well-trained and highly qualified yoga instructors to handle the classes. The centre welcomes everyone, irrespective of thir fitness level and age.
