Blue Rock Crossfit originated from the story of a friendship as far back as 2009, a dream shared then on a yellow piece of notebook sheet. Paul Stewart and William Hall met while posted together at Marine Corps Security Force Battalion, Kings Bay in Georgia. When both arrived in Kings Bay, Paul determined to try something new, and instantly began making out how to locate a local CrossFit Affiliate. Paul instantly got William to try this “new form of fitness” and since then both of them never looked back. Ever since then both guys have been helping people in the community of Winston-Salem regain their body fitness.
