Crossfit I and I was a dream nurtured in 2013 and later materialised in 2015 through West who is the owner, who was born and raised in Florida and ahs always been a life long athlete (soccer, football, golf, table tennis, softball, basketball, and was also a former Firefighter, he started CrossFit in Jan. 2013.
The meaning behind the name – i and i is a Rastafari/reggae saying for “You and Me”. Most of the time, “I” is used instead of “me,” “you,” or just about any pronoun. Rastafari do this to express the connection between all people. In the CrossFit world we all struggle together. Nobody is ever left behind and we all finish. We expect and respect each other. Regardless of age, shape, color, or background. The CrossFit i and i name is all about good vibes!
At CrossFit i and i they believe in fitness! Training for the unknown and unknowable. Training for LIFE and being prepared for whatever it has to throw at you. They focus on functional movements and proper technique. Having fun and being healthy are our main goals.

Simply Fit-$75 per month
Crossfit – $100 per month with one year contract or $116 for 6 months contract or $125 without a contract all charges are for a month.
They also have Punch cards which comes in three different forms
10 Session Punch Card – $100
30 Session Punch Card – $250
50 Session Punch Card – $400
Crossfit I and I is always opened between the hours of 5:30am-7:00pm from Monday to Friday while Saturdays is opened by 9:00am-10:00pm.
