It was founded by Terry and Ashley Williams and operated along with a team of other coaches which are Marlee Schroeder, Melissa Bassoo, Michael Pinson and Cameron Kirkpatrick.

At The League Fitness centre, their mission is transformation. They exist to turn fitness enthusiasts into stronger and leaner athletes. They also seek to turn the people that make use of the treadmill into multi-mile runner and those people that are student athletes into varsity standouts that have pro potential. It also their belief that anybody that want to train and perform the way a professional athlete does should be able to train like one as well.

At The League fitness centre, the help their clients to burn fats and sculpt their muscles and ultimately make them better. The League Fitness centre has been reported to offer a unique gym experience. They have a very unique conditioning format that consists of creative athletic movements that is fully scalable in order to suits any level of ability. Their programs include Part Training, Personal Training and Nutrition coaching.
