The Life In Synergy is a weight loss centre located at 867 Boylston St 2nd Fl Boston, MA 02116. It was founded in 1997 by Helena Collins out of her personal sojourn to experience a transformed body and life.
Life in synergy is established with a view to help individuals to achieve weight loss without undergoing stressful or rather painful workouts which is not really sustainable or effectively proven. Helena Collins, the founder, believes it is only essential that people treat their body with more care, love and intelligence, and still meet fulfill their desires of a healthy lifestyle and best body by putting their mind to work in a most productive way.
It is not believed to be among the most popular fitness setups as they operate more on the science of a refined program that exceptionally produces amazing results to their members which brings their body and mind into optimal balance and causes emotional, physical and mental happiness; one void of unnecessary restriction on what is ok to eat and what is not.
The fitness centre believes life is meant to be enjoyed and not to be endured on vain workouts, rather proven workouts that produce the best results in the best timing. Their trainers are highly professional with many years of experience; hence, they are well groomed in the practice; as majority of them started out as a client in the centre.
