As observed in the review by Adam from Chicago, IL who had been lifting weights before going to power highland. What he loves about the Powerhouse gym and the workouts is that you never get bored! Also, his personal instructor (Max) is very attentive, motivating, extremely knowledgeable, and is very helpful correcting his form during an exercise. The workouts are fun and challenging and when you leave you will feel exhausted and very satisfied.
