These programs/amenities include: Indoor Pool, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center with 6,600 square feet, Cardio equipment with personal TV monitors, Expresso bikes, Cybex strength training equipment, Free weights and FitQuest, a personalized fitness program included in Y membership with up to four sessions with a Y Fitness Coach.
There are other exciting amenities too like the Group exercise studio for boot camp, zumba, cycle and more, Double gymnasium, Rock climbing wall, Snack bar with delicious sandwiches, salads and more, Stay & Play supervised activity room for kids while you exercise Men’s/women’s locker rooms with dry sauna and many more. The YMCA of Arlington aims at providing a positive impact on the lives of individuals, families and our community.
Margarete B from Arlington Texas confirms this in her report. She reported that this place is a great place to exercise. Exceptional staff, classes are awesome, so is the water aerobics.
Wren T gave a full review of their programs. She reported that it is a Christian-based family health center. They have special classes for cancer survivors. They have Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, body pump, etc. plus cycle classes and plenty of treadmills and elliptical. They have a free 90 day introduction for new members where you get a personal coach to teach you how to use the machines. This YMCA has an indoor pool for aqua classes and swim lessons.
