- Monday opens at 5am
- Tuesday-Wednesday; open 24 hours
- Thursday; closes at midnight
- Friday; 5am-9pm
- Saturday-Sunday; 7am-8pm
They also have various classes for kids from Monday through Friday, their product prices ranges from $9.99-$19.99 per month, which includes No-Long term contracts, unlimited group exercise classes, Nationwide club Access, and many more.

She also enrolled in EVOFIT which is an amazing group class, she lost about 20 pounds in the first month of joining, and Brandon aka Master is an amazing teacher, he always wants them to get the best results; he also helps different members with their form and challenges them to work harder.
Among the many other great teachers there is her personal trainer Maria who is also wonderful, with Maria’s help she is seeing changes in her body and her strength is growing every time she works out with them. Overall she expresses joy with the gym and the results she has achieved so far.
