Capital Strength & Conditioning is a fitness centre dedicated to offering the service, methods & environment to enable you to become your best. They approach each member as an individual with unique goals and aspirations. With that in mind, they design and customize each training and nutrition program for their members.

The training is not designed to simply wear you out and make you sore. According to findings, every moment spent at Capital Strength & Conditioning is programmed to achieve a specific goal, with safety and long term results in mind.

Capital Strength & Conditioning provides hand-selected equipment as well as a motivating atmosphere. With these, they have created the perfect environment for proper training, to help you achieve your goals. Their staff is dedicated to creating workouts and building an environment that will be the best part of your day. At CS&C, you can be sure to get an atmosphere that is exciting, enjoyable, and motivating. Also you will get continual improvement and education.

In late 2009, Matt discovered his passion for fitness training and for helping others achieve their physical and personal goals. After 3 years of training independently, he made the leap to bring his style of training to the Raleigh area, and founded Capital Strength & Conditioning in June of 2012.

Matt has held certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross, and the Functional Movement Screen Level 1 Specialist certification. Through years of personal experience and passion to improve, he provides fitness expertise, strength coaching and nutritional consulting to give you the edge in your training. Matt isn’t the only person you will be working with. There are other fitness professionals.
