Bay Aerials gymnastics is a fitness center located at 4883 Davenport Pl Fremont, CA 94538 at Grimmer Blvd. The gym was established in 2004 by Lisa Aguirre.
Lisa Aguirre, an optimistic trainer who has been coaching gymnastics for more than 40 years. Lisa studied physical therapy and physical education. She realizes her gift earlier enough was ready to implement it. She was a competitive gymnast for Brooklyn Flat bush YCMA in New York. Lisa has certificates in addition to her passion and interest in fitness coaching. She is a USA gymnastics national Coach certified, also a member of USA gymnastics professional, among other certification she had received.
Bay Aerials gymnastics is a young peoples’ gym that offers preschool through their happy hour program for ages 5-18 also boys gym for ages 5-12.
The gym was established to focus on strength, skills, powers, speed and safety of young children. Bay Aerials gym also specializes in Camps, Events and Parties, Ninja zone, make-up classes, Xcel programs for ages 6-18; the perfect program for future athletes, and many other programs and services.
