Nicole R. from Wahiawā, HI said in her review of the center, that it is a multi-functional gym that not only serves as just a weightlifting gym, but as well having a lot of unconventional gym equipment that she found extremely fun to experience.  They have a SUPER clean establishment, and great service! They have a cardio spot, and as well they have a turd/pull-up area in the very front of these building. Super awesome gym!

Nikki N. from Vallejo, CA also had this to say about the center, You get what you pay with this gym and I love it! Grant it that some of the equipment is old but gets the job done. Membership is affordable and plenty of parking.
