Kakaako Fitness was founded a little over a year ago by Michele Tokuda, Chris and Debbie Faildo, and Alan Ichinose in 2015. The aim of establishing Kakaako Fitness was was to bring the best and most diverse coaches in Honolulu under one roof.
Kakaako Fitness is a new urban gym in Honolulu that has a wide variety of personal trainers, nutrition specialists, new gym equipment, a welcoming environment, and so much more!
The mission statement of Kakaako fitness is to have a place where people of all ages can come and enjoy their healthy lifestyle of Health Fitness without intimidation and stress.

They have a SUPER clean establishment, and great service! They have a cardio spot, and as well they have a turd/pull-up area in the very front of these building. Super awesome gym!
