Established in 2014 CrossFit Slipstream is owned by John Bryant who is a licensed attorney and served for six years in the United States Marine Corps.  He is always excited to help people discover and achieve their health and fitness goals. In order to become a world-class trainer John has gone on to educate and license himself in the following fields, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Endurance, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance, USA Cycling Level 3, and Red Cross CPR/AED, First Aid.

Crossfit Slipstream specialises in challenging workouts in a supportive community to help you achieve your fitness goals!  Specialty workouts available for bicycle racing, running, triathlon, and other endurance events.  CrossFit’s constant variation keeps you progressing and engaged while their functional movements and high intensity get you in the best shape of your life!

Personal training is available to meet specific goals, accommodate your schedule, or supplement their regular programming with custom training to help you reach your full potential.

They also have classes in; CrossFit Endurance, Non-Crossfit Endurance Training and Physical fitness training which comprises of stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination and a whole lot more.

Tanja P from Newark as promised to visit again as he said they are a very welcoming community and a set of super friendly people. While Kim S from St Paul also reviewed that Crossfit is a place to gain strength and get a good workout, as she is new to Crossfit she feels John is a great instructor, the workouts are challenging but doable and improvements will be made over time.
