CrossFit St Paul believes that Crossfit is the most effective and efficient general fitness program in the world. They use constantly varied, functional movements in a high intensity way that delivers dramatic fitness results for athletes of all levels of skill and experience, they pride themselves with some of these philosophies:

*Constantly Varied: You will rarely do the same workout twice at CrossFit St Paul. By doing something different every time you work out you keep the body guessing and eliminate plateaus and boredom common in traditional programs.

*Functional movements: Their goal is to prepare their athletes for life’s obstacles. They do that by using training that mimics life – running, jumping, throwing, squatting, pulling, pushing.

*High intensity: Performing vigorous exercise in a high intensity way is the most effective way to elicit positive changes in performance and body composition. They do this by timing most of their workouts and completing them as fast as safely possible.

Crossfit St Paul is located at 470 Cleveland Ave N Saint Paul, MN 55104, you can look up their website www.crossfirstpaul.com to get more information about their schedule and classes, they also run two other different centers at Saint Louis and Minneapolis Downtown.

Pedro from Minneapolis said in his review that the best thing about being a member for the past 14 months is the challenging workouts which the coaches do a great job scaling them according to everyone’s ability. You don’t have to be an elite athlete to Crossfit here; there is a workout for everyone. While D.K from Forest hills thinks it’s a good place for visitors to drop in, big space with a great coach, the Workout was a challenge and the members were quite welcoming.
