If you are looking to train for a competition, then you should know that all Radon CrossFittrainers compete in either CrossFit or Weightlifting, and as such, will have a lot of experience to share with you at no extra cost.
Austin J. Mitchell also founded CrossFit ODU in 2012 at Old Dominion University’s Student Recreation Center and is in charge of CrossFit training there. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who also trains strength and conditioning for both the Old Dominion’s collegiate sports teams and the cheerleading squad. As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, he doesn’t hesitate to share his knowledge and ensures that his trainees attain their full athletic potential.
